Abstract
Critical success factors (CSF) to sustainable construction of infrastructures project would be of considerable practical value to construction industry as construction organizations appraise their projects and take investment decisions. This study is to provide a classification system that can facilitate identification of risks associated with CSF and formulation of mitigation, development strategies and appropriate management control measures for sustainability of construction project . 16 factors are being surveyed in order to obtain the top most critical factors. The result of survey shows that the top five most critical factors are factor management, factor health and comfort, factor material resources, factor energy efficiency and services quality and factor economic. All this critical factors will be future analyzed for critical sustainable of construction project through interviews with the members of project team in the selected case study. This process is very important in order to gather detail explanation from them to ensure that all construction projects are compliance with sustainability.
