Abstract
Mobile technology is growing rapidly day by day. Now we are a witness of a huge plethora in using
mobile devices for conducting business transactions that involve data from a remote database. But there are many
issues that arise when using mobile clients in business such as network connectivity, power consumption and low
bandwidth. In this study we consider the client side data caching to increase the content of a particular mobile device cache itself as during the period of disconnection the device will have to depend on its own resources rather than the server or some other peers. This can be done by ensuring only the most relevant data will be cached and the data should be kept in the cache in a new structure that can boost the amount of data kept. In doing so, greatly improve performance in terms of cache hit rate, average query latency and query generate duration.
