Abstract

Information Communication and Technology (ICT) has been known to be utilized and implemented in many industries so as to improve the business process and increase customer satisfaction. As for healthcare, different requirements of this industry requires a careful planning of ICT implementation. Hence, the objective of this paper is to report on the literature study related to Information Communication and Technology (ICT) issues in healthcare industry in Malaysia. The study then outlines the research objectives and scope of studies to be undertaken.
