Method for Differentiating Meats obtained from Properly Slaughtered Animal and Improperly Slaughtered Animal

The present invention provides a method of differentiating meats obtained from properly slaughtered animals from meats obtained from improperly slaughtered animals. The method comprises the steps of: preparing meat samples, coupling the meat samples to a meat analyzer system, measuring capacitance and conductance of the meat samples at a predetermined frequency value, extracting permittivity and conductivity value of the meat samples, and utilizing the permittivity and conductivity value of the meat samples to determine whether the meat samples are obtained from properly slaughtered animal or from improperly slaughtered animal. A meat analyzer system to measure the conductance and capacitance of the meat samples is also provided.
