The Electronic Healthcare Record System (EHRS) is an enhanced version of the conventional record keeping where it is in a computerized form 1. EHRS has been widely used in most developing countries where it has been proven to be more effective than the traditional way. It is also believed that the development of EHRS will create a healthcare record system where it can be used ubiquitously. This research project proposes the development of a web-based EHRS where it focuses more on enhancing trust towards the system through feedback mechanism. In particular, the proposed prototype will be implementing functionalities such as feedback and review pages, allergy section, background information about the doctor and past record sections will also be included in the proposed prototype. This project uses Laravel platform written in HTML and CSS language, and the database is stored in cloud computing by using My SQL. Furthermore, system testing, and validation process will be carried out after the development phases in order to prove that all functionalities of the system run smoothly. At the end of this research project, the author aims to develop an electronic healthcare record system which is able to solve the issue of trustworthiness towards the record keeping system through feedback. © 2018 IEEE
