Abstract
Wireless sensor networks is an evolving technology depending on the application where they are deploy in. These applications include environment monitoring, health structural systems, industrial control systems and security applications. This paper proposes an enhancement over SEAMAC protocol in terms of energy consumption and delay guarantee issues. The results and experiment environment werebuilt using the Network Simulator 2 (NS2). © 2009 IEEE.
